The name Storr

The Storr system is named after the The old man of Storr also known as Bodach an Stoir is a rocky hill on the Trotternish peninsula of the Isle of Skye in Scotland overlooking the Isle of Raasay off the West coast of Scotland. The store was named Storr following a workshop on Raasay as part of the Digitising Scotland project where it was first demonstrated to people outwith St Andrews University.
